Once the quality check is passed, the product(s) will be packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner for prompt delivery to your doorstep.
2. Product Packaging
We package our product(s) according to their category, utilizing either corrugated boxes or additional filling in courier polybags. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that the product(s) are delivered to you without any damage. In the event that you receive any damaged products, please refer to the ‘Cancellation and Return Policy’ available on the Platform for information on seeking exchanges or returns.
4. Order Tracking

5. Estimated Shipping Time
Typically, we dispatch most orders within 1 (one) business day.
6. Multiple Shipments
If you have ordered different products under one order, it is possible that your order may be shipped in multiple parts.
7. Shipping Charges
Orders with a total value of ₹500 or more will qualify for free shipping.
For orders with a total value below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹69 will be applicable.
In the event of a return for orders originally valued below ₹500, the shipping fee of ₹99 levied in the original order will not be refunded.
8. Disputes
Any issues arising from this Shipping Policy shall be exclusively dealt with by the competent courts in Ahmedabad, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
9. Arbitration
In the event that disputes cannot be settled amicably, the sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall resolve the disputes. The seat of arbitration shall be in Ahmedabad, and the proceedings shall be governed by Indian laws.
